Fams is excited to release our Annual Survey Data.
We’re so glad to see that we had respondents from all DCJ districts across NSW!
Other insights gained in the survey:
- 67% of respondents have been working in the sector for more than 10 years.
- 80% of respondents see themselves working in the sector in 5 years’ time. For the 20% who intend to leave the sector, reasons identified were lack of funding and retirement.
- Primary issues most impacting children and families’ respondents support include cost of living (77%), housing and homelessness (46%) and mental health concerns (32%).
