On Tuesday, Fams hosted a second conversation around the TEI Contract Variation Clause.
As we mentioned recently, Fams listened to your concerns about the new clause, and advocated to DCJ for a change in the wording, which has been successful!

We conducted a poll at the end of the session to assess how comfortable the sector was feeling about the changes following the conversation, and we’re thrilled to say that 76% of attendees are comfortable/very comfortable with having the new clause in their contracts.
