DCJ has built more flexibility into the contract they have with you, by including a new contract amendment clause, which will allow changes to client numbers, geographic coverage, target groups, outcomes and service types through a process called “exercising an option,” rather than a contract variation. The new clause can only be used where there are no changes to funding, program activities or milestones.
