Following the 101 DEX Report workshop, Manal Zahra from Arabic Community Centre contacted Fams to take a deeper dive into the work they do with their community.
Lisa, our Sector Engagement Officer, went out to for a visit! First, we looked at what the last reporting period could tell us in DEX Report Portal, matching the info against Table 2 of their DJC contract.
Manal was very excited to see the data and the stories they were telling about the work of the centre.
Next, we mapped activities and services into the Service Steams and identified potential activities and participant numbers for the next reporting period.
As you can see, Manal was very pleased with our decoding DEX session!
