As we head into recommissioning, Fams will be hosting monthly Learning Labs to support the sector on the last Wednesday of the month from 1-2pm.
Our first Lab, held on April 24th, will provide insight into Local, Regional and Statewide data through a deep dive into DCJ’s Interactive Dashboard for the 2022-2023 financial year.
This session will provide insight on:
- Client demographics
- Mapping the Service system
- Identify the needs and gaps of client engagement
- Understanding the referral ecosystem
- Comparing outcomes across service types
- Utilising Dashboard for Program Logic updates
- Preliminary Recommissioning discussions with Dashboard Evidence
