Yesterday, Fams met with Phyllis Sakinofsky, an expert in strategic communications, to review our stakeholder management plan.
Building and maintaining relationships with our stakeholders is such an integral part of our work. The session helped us to identify who are our most important stakeholders, how we can maintain our relationships in a meaningful way, and provided space to discuss new connections that we aim to make.
With recommissioning approaching, this was such an important exercise.
The Fams team all agreed it was a very valuable session and look forward to putting our plan into action so we can continue to advocate with greater impact on behalf of the early intervention and prevention sector.
