Working with families experiencing complexities means that you may come into contact with victim / survivors or those who choose to use violence. The NSW Domestic and Family Violence Workforce Baseline Survey aims to improve understanding of the specialist Domestic and Family Violence (DFV) workforce, the prevention workforce.
NGOs supporting children and families are vital to this survey. The information collected will be used in very practical ways, including to identify gaps in training and support provided to workers who respond to DFV. The survey is confidential, you do not provide your name when you fill out the survey.
