Fams is thrilled to announce Mary Jo McVeigh as a keynote speaker at our Conference in August.
Mary Jo is a trained trauma therapist and an accredited mental health social worker with a passion for exploring and studying comprehensive bodies of knowledge, bringing this emphasis on diversity of wisdom to her work. Mary Jo is acknowledged as an expert in child protection, trauma therapy, leadership coaching and professional ethical/self-care and growth.
She was a finalist for NSW Woman of the Year award, 2018 and she currently holds the Australian Social Worker of the Year Award.
