In the lead-up to International Women’s Day, the New South Wales Council of Social Service (NCOSS) is researching the experiences of women building a career in the sector.
NCOSS has released a short survey designed for women in the sector who may be looking to progress into more senior leadership roles. Any woman on the frontline of NGO social services in NSW is invited to take part. The survey will ask you about opportunities and barriers you may have met in building a rewarding career.
