Fams is pleased to announce that Gemma Rygate, Chief Executive Officer of The Centre for Volunteering, will join us at our next In Conversation during Lockdown session on Tuesday 28 September.

This special Conversation will address the opportunities the sector has to match trained volunteers to TEI services to support their vital work in coming months.

Fams hoped the COVID-19 lockdown in Greater Sydney would be short and sharp. However, the situation became a national emergency. This declaration by the NSW Government, along with changing Public Health Orders and restrictions, means that every day the sector has faced changing rules.

That is why we brought back In Conversation during Lockdown as a weekly occurrence on the sector calendar.
