Free Coaching for Eligible SMEs who receive SSTF Funding

Free Coaching for Eligible SMEs who receive SSTF Funding

The Association of Children’s Welfare Agencies (ACWA) is providing on-demand leadership training and workforce development coaching for eligible services.

These coaching sessions are available at no cost to organisations that are eligible to receive services from the Social Sector Transformation Fund. Small to medium organisations, with annual revenue of under $5 million, in the social services or health services space in NSW can apply.

More information on the SSTF and other services can be found here.

Coaching can be provided to individuals or to groups of up to four people. These four people may be from other eligible organisations, as well as your own.

If you would like to apply for coaching sessions please read the information about the available coaches here and then apply here. Coaches include Fams’ very own Kim Stace and Catherine White.

As part of the application, you will be asked to identify your three preferred coaches and a specific work area or issue that you would like to address through coaching.

Completion of this form does not confirm that you will receive the coaching services that you have requested. Applications will be considered in groups as funding is released and will be assessed against eligibility criteria.

If your organisation received direct funding under Tranche 1 or 2 of the SSTF scheme you are also eligible to receive services from this funding round. You can check whether your organisation received funding here.

If you did not receive funding but are a not-for-profit organisation who works in the community services or health sector and had a turnover of less than $5 million in the 20/21 financial year you may also be eligible.
