- Celebrate: Join a NAIDOC event in your community and amplify First Nations voices.

- Learn: Commit to listening and connecting with your local First Nations communities, Elders and colleagues.
For example, over the past twelve months, the Fams team have committed to a journey of deep listening and reflection. Our learnings from this have seen us embed cultural safety at all levels of our work, starting from our Strategic Plan.
- Act: Reflect on how your work supports self-determination and cultural safety.
