Next week marks the start of the powerful global movement known as the 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence.
This year’s theme is “Every 10 Minutes, a woman is killed. #NoExcuse. UNiTE to End Violence against Women”.
Fams, as part of the global collective, will call for accountability and stronger actions from key stakeholders, emphasising the importance of adequately resourcing civil society and women’s rights organisations that are leading the charge for positive change.
The Fams team will be out and about at events in solidarity and support of this cause.
