This week the Fams Board met to review our Strategic Plan.
They discussed Fams’ strengths and challenges, how our plan informs all the work we do and the importance of stakeholder engagement.
The Board reaffirmed our key pillars:
- Strengthen our Sector
- Keep our Sector Informed
- Amplify our Sector’s Voice
The next 12 months will be a critical time for Fams, with the recommissioning process underway. A clear strategic plan help us to focus and prioritise resources to where we can make the biggest impact on behalf of the sector.
