We’re thrilled to say that with your help, we were able to advocate for DCJ to consider changing the wording in the TEI Contract Amendment Clause.
DCJ has assured Fams that in order to better reflect the intention of the Clause, they are working to review the wording.
This highlights the importance of having a peak body that collaborates with the sector to ensure your voices are being heard.
We’ve invited DCJ to a second conversation where we will review these proposed changes and provide answers to the questions you submitted in the previous session. The session will be held on 25th July from 12-1:30pm.
