We are excited to welcome the NSW Children’s Guardian, Steve Kinmond, as a keynote speaker at our conference in August.
Steve has extensive experience in child protection and with oversight bodies, including as CEO of the Association of Children’s Welfare Agencies (ACWA) and the NSW Community & Disability Services Commissioner and Deputy Ombudsman (Human Services) for 15 years.
Steve has 40 years of experience in the sector and has worked with government and non-government agencies and demonstrated a strong commitment to robust regulatory oversight. He has also had extensive involvement in reviewing service delivery and justice issues affecting Aboriginal communities.
