About the Project
Fams is here to support you in using the Data Exchange (DEX) to show how your work makes a difference for children, families, and communities.
Our DEX Sector Support Clinics are free, friendly sessions designed to help NSW Community and Family Support (previously TEI & FCS) providers feel confident using DEX. Whether you’re new to DEX or want to improve how you report outcomes, we’re here to help.
What You Can Expect
Fams are ready to walk alongside you, from understanding your contract, translating your program logic, or getting more out of your DEX reports.
DEX Sector Support Clinics are:
- Free, one-on-one or small group sessions – tailored to your needs
- 1 hour long, but can you attend more than once
- Plain English support sessions with no jargon and clear guidance
- Safe and inclusive spaces – we welcome all providers, no matter your size or experience
