Our first learning lab session was a hit, taking a deep dive into Local, Regional and Statewide data from DCJ’s Interactive Dashboard for the 2022-2023 financial year.
The session covered:

- Mapping the Service system
- Identify the needs and gaps of client engagement
- Understanding the referral ecosystem
- Comparing outcomes across service types
- Utilising Dashboard for Program Logic updates
- Preliminary Recommissioning discussions with Dashboard Evidence
