Chloe is passionate about strengthening outcomes for children, young people and families through collaboration, communication and evidence-informed practice. Drawing on experience across community services, mental health, youth justice and human resources, she brings a broad understanding of both frontline practice and the systems, projects and partnerships that support early intervention and prevention across NSW.
Reflecting on her new role, Chloe said:
“I love working at Fams because I get to work alongside passionate and driven people who are committed to strengthening the sector and creating better outcomes for children, young people and families.”
We’re excited to have Chloe on board as we continue advocating for and supporting a strong, connected and sustainable child and family services sector.
