On the International Day of Play, we’re celebrating NSW CAFS community and supported playgroups.
Playgroups are full of small but powerful moments. Play is a building block of early development, but it’s also where support networks take shape and where families can feel safe and understood.
Behind these moments is our sector. You represent dedicated facilitators, volunteers, and communities who make this work possible week in, week out. Your commitment helps create safe, supportive environments where families can connect and where childhood can be protected and celebrated.
Today, we acknowledge and thank everyone who protects play and childhoods from the children and families who bring these spaces to life, to the teams who make them happen.
Together, you are creating the conditions for children to grow up safe, strong, and supported.
