Fams acknowledges reconciliation is a commitment to deep listening, cultural accountability, and walking alongside First Nations communities with humility and respect.
Across our sector, we see powerful, community-led solutions. We also recognise where ongoing reflection and action are needed by all of us.
In the lead up to Reconciliation Week, the Fams team will be taking moments to pause, reflect and challenge ourselves to do better.
We encourage you to ask yourself and your teams: “What does reconciliation look like in our daily work? And how do we show up for it, every day?”
