The NSW Government is seeking input on the upcoming Community Services Sector (Portable Long Service Leave) Regulation 2024.
The government is in the process of developing the draft Regulation to support this new law.
The Regulation will provide important details necessary for its administration such as information required from employers and special provisions to protect workers.
Feedback must be submitted by December 9, 2024.
